R A. Table of the circuit breakers referred to in this procedure:
R -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
R PANEL DESIGNATION IDENT. LOCATION
R -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
R 121VU FUEL/RFL/DFL/SPLY 2QU L24
R 122VU ELEC/REFLNG/NORM 2PR S27
R 122VU ELEC/RFL/SPLY/LOGIC 4PR U29
R 122VU ELEC/REFLNG/ON/BAT 1PR U28
R B. Test
R (1) Make sure that the C/Bs that follow are closed:
R - C/B-1PR
R - C/B-2PR
R - C/B-4PR
R - C/B-2QU.
R (2) Do the Job Set-up subtask of the refuel procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 12-
R 11-28-650-003), or (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-004).
R (a) During the Test of the Refuel Panel 800VU make a record of the
R results.
R (b) When you open the access panel 192MB/522KB/622KB, or if you put
R the BATT POWER switch to the ON position (because ground power is
R not available), look at the floodlight lamp:
R
R - if the refuel floodlight and refuel panel 800VU do not
R power-up, do the procedures No Power to the REFUEL/DEFUEL PNL
R (800VU) (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-810-817) and Refueling not Possible
R (Ref. TASK 24-67-00-810-801)
R
R - if the refuel floodlight does not come on but on the refuel
R panel all the other lights and LEDs are serviceable, do Para.
R 4.A.
R
R - if the refuel floodlight is serviceable but on the refuel panel
R a light or FQI indicator does not operate as specified, go to
R the applicable section (Local or Observations) of PB. 101 for
R the related trouble shooting task number.

4. Fault Isolation
_______________
R A. Procedure
R (1) Make sure that the C/B-2QU is closed. R
R (2) Get access to the rear of the lamp (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-54-000-001). R
R (3) Do a test with a multimeter to see if 28VDC is available at the lamp R (Ref. AWM 28-25-02): R R - if 28VDC is available at the lamp, go to step (4) R R - if 28VDC is not available at the lamp, go to step (5). R
R (4) Replace, as necessary, the items that follow:
R (a) The lamp (Ref. IPC 282554) FIG 01, ITEM 040.
R (b) The FLOODLIGHT-REFUEL/DEFUEL CTL PNL (32QU) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-R 54-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-54-400-001).
R (5) If 28VDC is not available across the lamp:
R (a) Do a check (Ref. ASM 28-25/01) of and, if necessary, replace the R items that follow:
R 1_ The C/B-2QU.
R a_ Use a multimeter to make sure that there is 28VDC betweenR C/B-2QU, terminal 2 and an adjacent ground point (Ref. AWM R 28-25-01).
R 2_ The RELAY-REFUEL/DEFUEL CTL PNL DOOR POSITION (14QU).
R 3_ The CTL PNL-REFUEL/DEFUEL (800VU) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-55-000-R 001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-55-400-001).
R a_ At the CTL PNL-REFUEL/DEFUEL (800VU) use a multimeter toR make sure that there is continuity between: R - the receptacle 4023VC, pin Y and receptacle 4024VC, pin L R - the receptacle 4023VC, pin <H and receptacle 4024VC, pin R <F.
R NOTE : There is a diode connected between the receptacle
____ R 4023VC, pin <H (anode) and receptacle 4024VC, pin <F R (cathode) (Ref. AWM 28-25-01).
