 - press the line key adjacent to  - the page DMC3 PIN PROG/STATUS AND X
 the PIN PROG/STATUS AND X LOAD  LOAD comes into view
 indication
 3. On the MCDU:  On the MCDU:

the message SELF TEST IN PROGRESS comes into view and remains 40s On the MCDU:

the message PFD F/O (ND F/O): X LOAD COMPLETED is displayed in green On the PFD F/O (ND F/O) display unit:


 -make sure that the message MAINTENANCE MODE comes into view
On the MCDU:
-the page DMC3 DU X LOAD comes intoview with, on the same line as the PFD F/O (ND F/O) DU, the EIS software P/N is displayed in green
-to get back to the main menu page
NOTE : If the result of the test gives
____ the amber message PFD F/O (ND F/O) X LOAD ABORTED, then try again once from step 1. If the new result is X LOAD ABORTED, remove the PFD DU (the ND DU) and return it to the shop for repair.

 5. Close-up
