 1_ ENGINE area (upper one)
 The ENGINE area is divided in three parts:
 - ENGINE parameters area which gives the engine primary
 indications such as EPR, EGT, Fuel Flow,...
 - SLATS/FLAPS area which gives the actual SLATS/FLAPS position
 and the crew member selection
 - FUEL ON BOARD area which gives the value of the total fuel
 weight on board the aircraft.
 2_ WARNING area (lower one)
 This area is used to display, in real time, the
 WARNING/CAUTION messages.
 In normal aircraft operation (no aircraft or system failure),
 MEMO information is displayed.
 As soon as a failure is detected, the MEMO messages are
 replaced by warning/caution messages.
 In the left part are displayed the primary failures,
 procedures.
 In the right part are displayed the name of the aircraft
 systems affected by the secondary failures resulting from the
 primary one.

 (b) System Display (SD) (Ref. Fig. 022) (For further details, Ref. to 31-67-00). The SD symbology is a set of various specific pages. To each main aircraft system corresponds an SD page. Each page is an operational synoptic diagram of the related system, in order to provide the crew with the main system parameters. Each page is displayed either automatically or manually using the related key located on the ECAM control panel. The list of the available A/C system pages are:

 Each page is related to a particular system of the aircraft needing to be monitored like the ENGINE page. (Ref.
