R  fasteners. 
R  (e) TORQUE the nuts to between 20 and 25 lbf.in (0.22 and 0.28 
R  m.daN). 
R  (f) Do an electrical resistance check as follows: 
R  1_  Put one lead of the ohmmeter on the pressure switch (30).
R  2_  Put the other lead of the ohmmeter on the clamp (25).
R  3_  The resistance measured between the ohmmeter leads must be
R  0.0025 ohm or less. 
R  4_  Put one lead of the ohmmeter on the pressure switch (30).
R  5_  Put the other lead of the ohmmeter on the ground stud on the
R  channel bracket (40). 
R  6_  The resistance measured between the ohmmeter leads must be
R  0.0025 ohm or less. 
R  7_  If the resistance is more than 0.0025 ohm, remove the bonding
R  clamp (25) and clean the bonding surfaces again. 
R  8_  Do this procedure until the resistance indication is in the
R  correct range. 
R  (g) Lubricate the hydraulic tube (5) coupling with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS 
R  (Material No. 02-003). 
R  (h) Connect the hydraulic tube (5) to the switch (30). 
R  (i) TORQUE the coupling nut on the tube (5) to between 620 and 680 
R  lbf.in (7.00 and 7.68 m.daN). 
R  NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the pressure switch (30) when____ 
R  you TORQUE the coupling nut on the tube (5). 
R  (j) Install the electrical connector (1074GK-A) on the switch (30) 
R  and tighten with your hand plus one-eighth of a turn.

 

 Subtask 29-11-17-865-058 R B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1702GK Subtask 29-11-17-710-052 R C. Test
 (1)
 Do an operational test of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-11-00-710-001).

 (2)
 During the dry motoring, make sure that there are no leaks from the LP pressure switch of the pump.

 (3)
 Make sure that the level of hydraulic fluid in the Green reservoir is correct. If necessary, fill the reservoir (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
