Install the center mount clamp (25), as follows:
(a)
Remove the bolt (10), the washer (15) and the nut (20) from the band on the center mount clamp (25).
(b)
Open the band on the center mount clamp (25) and put the lower case drain hose (5) into the hole in the insert.
(c)
Put the band on the insert and install the bolt (10), the washer
(15) and the nut (20).
(d)
Make sure that the center mount clamp is installed at a distance of 338 mm (13.3070 in.) below the flange of the suction hose/tube.
(e)
TORQUE the nut (20) to between 0.23 and 0.28 m.daN (20.35 and
24.77 lbf.in).
(5)
Make sure that the lower case drain hose (5) is in the correct position.
NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the fittings when you TORQUE the
____ coupling nuts. This prevents damage to the hose.
(6)
TORQUE the coupling nuts of the lower case drain hose (5) to between
2.43 and 2.77 m.daN (17.92 and 20.42 lbf.ft).
(7)
Remove the container.

B. Operational Test
(1) Do the operational test of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-11-00-710-001).
(2) During the dry motoring of the engine 1, make sure that there are no R leaks from the case drain hose/tube.
(3) Make sure that the level of the hydraulic fluid in the Green reservoir is correct. If necessary, fill the reservoir (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
