Hold the manifold (35) and remove the nuts (11) and the washers (12).

Remove the manifold (35) together with the spacer plate (13).

Install blanking plugs on the open connections of the manifold and on the disconnected pipe ends.

A. Removal of the Manifold CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.

Disconnect the electrical connectors (29),(36).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Remove the nut (53), the bolt (49) and the washer (50) and disconnect the bonding jumper (51) from the structural attachment (52).
(4)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (8),(40) and remove the pipe (7).
(5)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (33),(42) and remove the pipe (32).
(6)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (2) and disconnect the pipe (1) from the union (3).
(7)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (18),(54) and remove the pipe (17).
(8)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (22) and disconnect the pipe (21) from
the union (23).
(9)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (26) and disconnect the tee-connector
(25) from the union (27).
(10)
Hold the manifold (35) and remove the nuts (11) and the washers (12).
(11)
Remove the manifold (35) together with the spacer plate (13).
(12)
Install blanking plugs on the open connections of the manifold and on the disconnected pipe ends.
