Retract the flaps (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).

Retract the slats (Ref. TASK 27-80-00-866-005).

Retract the spoilers (Ref. TASK 27-60-00-866-002).

B. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Close the NLG doors (Ref. TASK 32-22-00-410-001).
(3)
Close the MLG doors (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
(4)
Close all the access doors, and the access panels opened during the inspection procedure.
(5)
Remove the access platform(s).
(6) Remove the warning notice(s). Subtask 05-51-25-860-052
C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(2)
Remove the access platform(s).
(3)

R 1. Reason for the Job__________________
R Do this inpsection after flight in volcanic ash or after volcanic ash
R contamination on ground.
R NOTE : If the volcanic ash contamination occurred when the aircraft was on____
R ground with applicable protection by covers and blankets (Ref. AMM
R 10-11-00), and if there is no ash behind the covers, the inpections
R specified in para. 4.D. (Inspection of the probes and sensors) and in
R para. 4.F. (Inspection of the nacelles and engines ) are not
R necessary.
R NOTE : An adjustable access platform (2.5m to 17m/8ft.2in to 55ft.9in) is____
R necessary to get access to the different parts of the aircraft during
R this inspection.
