After landing at an airport which is not the destination airport (diversionary landing), the local ATS unit shall be specifically informed accordingly. In the absence of a local ATS unit at the airport of diversionary landing, the pilot is responsible for passing the arrival report to the destination airport.

Aircraft identification

Departure airport
(3)
Destination airport
(4)
Time of arrival
b. In the case of diversion, insert the “arrival airport”
