adjusted correctly if: a) The tensions in cables SL and SP are 50 | 5 lbs (222 +/- 22 newtons).
b) AIRPLANES WITH STAB TRIM LEVERS ON THE CONTROL STAND; rig pins E/ST1, E/ST3, E/ST4, and E/ST5 can be put in freely when Dimension B on the stabilizer ballscrew actuator is 19.07 |0.01 inches
(484.4 +/- 0.25 mm).
c) AIRPLANES WITH ALTERNATE STAB TRIM SWITCHES ON THE CONTROL STAND; rig pins E/ST3, E/ST4, and E/ST5 can be put in freely when Dimension B on the stabilizer ballscrew actuator is 19.07 |0.01 inches (484.4 +/- 0.25 mm).
2) AIRPLANES WITH STAB TRIM LEVERS ON THE CONTROL STAND; the travel limit mechanism is correctly adjusted if the condition that follows is correct: a) Cables SLA and SLB are adjusted such that the stop lugs
on the lower end of ballnuts are between 0.16 to 0.60 of a turn away from the stop lugs on the upper flange of the gearbox.
(2) For correct adjustment of the stabilizer trim indicating system, Dimension B on the stabilizer trim ballscrew actuator must be set to
19.07 | 0.01 inches (484.4 +/- 0.25 mm) (stabilizer is at 0 degree position) (Fig. 502).
