NOTE: The stabilizer may not be in electrical control range if it
____ does not move when the stabilizer-trim control-wheel-switches are moved in one direction. Move the stabilizer-trim control-wheel-switches in the other direction to move the stabilizer into electrical control range, then continue with test.

(b)
Install an elastic cord (or other applicable device) around the lower ends of each set of opposite switch actuating arms.
(c)
Add sufficient tension to make a space between the switch-actuating-arms and the switch levers. The switch-actuating-arm cam rollers should be away from the control column cam-surface.
