Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00).

Put the LEFT and CENTER STAB TRIM SHUTOFF valve switches on the control stand panel, P10, to the CUTOUT position.

WARNING: DO THE DEACTIVATION PROCEDURE FOR THE SPOILERS OR MOVE ALL
_______ PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT AWAY FROM THE SPOILERS. THE SPOILERS CAN RETRACT QUICKLY AND CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do the deactivation procedure for the spoilers (Ref 27-61-00) or move all persons and equipment away from the spoilers.
