CES The ALIGN Legend of the IR 1 Annunciator does not come on

3. Fault Confirmation

A. Job Set-up
(1) Do the ADIRS start procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 34-10-00-860-002).
B. Test
(1) On the ADIRS CDU, make sure that the ALIGN legend of the IR 1 annunciator comes on.
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the ALIGN legend of the IR 1 annunciator does not come on:
- on the panel 25VU, set the INT LT/ANN LT switch to TEST and make sure that the ALIGN legend comes on.
(1) If the ALIGN legend comes on:
- replace the ADIRU-1 (1FP1) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-34-400-001).
(a) If the ALIGN legend stays off during the ADIRS start procedure:
- replace the BOARD-ANN LT TEST & INTFC (3LP) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-400-001).
(2) If the ALIGN legend does not come on:
1_ If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the ALIGN discrete from
the ADIRU1 (1FP1) to the annunciator light test and
interface board (3LP) (Ref. ASM 34-14/02).
- replace the BOARD-ANN LT TEST & INTFC (3LP) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- replace the CDU-ADIRS (2FP) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-12-400-001).
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check and repair the wiring of the annunciator light test and interface board (3LP) . from pin A/22 to ADIRS CDU (2FP) pin A/14 . from pin A/23 to the ground point (Ref. ASM 34-14/02).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.B.
5. Close-up
________
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) On the panel 25VU, set the ANN LT switch to BRT.
(2) Do the ADIRS stop procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 34-10-00-860-005).
