A. If the test gives the maintenance message MMR2 (40RT2):
- remove the MMR-2 (40RT2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-31-000-002).
- do a check for a ground signal at pin AC/7 of the MMR receiver 2.
(1) If there is no ground signal:
- do a check and repair the wiring between the MMR receiver 2 and the first ground terminal: pin AC/7 of the MMR receiver 2 (Ref. ASM 34-36/01)
- install the MMR receiver 2 (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-31-400-002).
(2) If there is a ground signal:
- do a check for 115VAC between pins AC/7 and AC/9 of the MMR receiver 2.
(a) If there is no 115VAC:
- do a check and repair the wiring between the circuit breaker (42RT2) and the MMR receiver 2: pin AC/9 of the MMR receiver 2 (Ref. ASM 34-36/01)
- install the MMR receiver 2.
(b) If there is 115VAC:
- install a new MMR receiver 2.

Loss of the ILS Localizer Antenna Signal

- coaxial cable between the MMR1 and the localizer antenna 1/2 (3RT)
- coaxial cable between the MMR2 and the localizer antenna 1/2 (3RT)

A. If the test of the MMR1 only gives the maintenance message
LOCALIZER ANTENNA (3RT)/COAX CABLE/MMR1(40RT1):
- swap the MMR-1 (40RT1) and the MMR-2 (40RT2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-31-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-31-400-002)
- do the BITE test of the MMR1 (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-00-740-003).
(1) If the test of the MMR1 gives the maintenance message LOCALIZER ANTENNA (3RT)/COAX CABLE/MMR1(40RT1):
- remove the MMR1
