(2) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/15D:
- replace the LGCIU-1 (5GA1) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-71-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-71-400-001).
(a) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/15D:
- do a check and repair the wiring from the ILS receiver 1 (2RT1) to the LGCIU1(5GA1): pin AB/15D to pin AB/6D (Ref. ASM 34-36/01).
(3) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/1C:
- replace the FMGC-1 (1CA1) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-400-001).
(a) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/1C:
- do a check and repair the wiring from the ILS receiver 1 (2RT1) to the FMGC1(1CA1): pin AB/1C to pin AB/9A (Ref. ASM 34-36/01).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
ILS2 Test cannot be started

(1) Do the BITE test of the ILS (system 2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-00-740-002).
4. Fault Isolation

A. If the test gives the maintenance message LGCIU2(5GA2)/FMGEC2(1CA2)/ILS2 (2RT2):
- do a check for a short to ground at pins AB/15D, 1C of the
RECEIVER-ILS, 2 (2RT2) (Ref. ASM 34-36/01).
(1) If there is no short to ground:
- replace the RECEIVER-ILS, 2 (2RT2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-31-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-31-400-001).
(2) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/15D:
- replace the LGCIU-2 (5GA2) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-71-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-71-400-001).
(a) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/15D:
- do a check and repair the wiring from the ILS receiver 2 (2RT2) to the LGCIU2(5GA2): pin AB/15D to pin AB/8H (Ref. ASM 34-36/01).
(3) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/1C:
- replace the FMGC-2 (1CA2) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-400-001).
(a) If there is a short to ground at pin AB/1C:
- do a check and repair the wiring from the ILS receiver 2 (2RT2) to the FMGC2(1CA2): pin AB/1C to pin AB/9A (Ref. ASM 34-36/01).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
