Connect the Ground Air Power Cart (GAPC) to the aircraft:
(a)
Open the access panel 191DB.
(b)
Connect the GAPC to the HP connection.
(c)
On the panel 30VU, put the X BLEED switch in the OPEN position.
(d)
Operate the GAPC and adjust the air pressure to between 2.8 bar
(41.0 psi) and 3.2 bar (47.0 psi).

A. Preparation for Test
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Open the wing anti-ice control valve:
(a)
FOR 9DL
(b)
FOR 10DL 1 Move the rod (5) into the anti-ice valve so that the bolt (4)
1_ Move the indicator (2) to the OPEN position.
2_ Remove and discard the lockwire from the screw (1).
3_ Remove the screw (1) and install it in the hole (3) in the end
of the indicator (2) to lock it in the OPEN position.
4_ Safety the screw (1) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

2 Remove and discard the lockwire from the slide (6).

3 Move the slide (6) so that it locks the rod (5) in position.

4 Safety the slide (6) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

(3) Connect the Ground Air Power Cart (GAPC) to the aircraft:
(a)
Open the access panel 191DB.
(b)
Connect the GAPC to the HP connection.
(c)
On the panel 30VU, put the X BLEED switch in the OPEN position.

(1)
Examine the anti-ice ducts in the leading edge of the wing for leaks.
(2)
Replace and/or reseal any ducts that leak (Ref. TASK 30-11-42-000-001) and (Ref. TASK 30-11-42-400-001).

(1)
Remove the GPAC as follows:
(a)
On the panel 30VU, put the X BLEED switch in the AUTO position.
(b)
Stop the GAPC.
(c)
Disconnect the GAPC from the aircraft ground HP connection.
(d)
Close the access panel 191DB.
(2)
Close the wing anti-ice control valve as follows:
(a)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolt (1).
(b)
Remove the bolt (1) from the indicator (2).
(c)
Install the bolt (1) in the bolt stowage position.
(d)
Safety the bolt (1) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
(e)
Move the indicator (2) to the CLOSED position.
(3)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(4)
Install the applicable wing leading edge access panels 522AB, 522CB, 622AB, 622CB.

A. Close Access
(1)
Remove the GPAC as follows:
(a)
On the panel 30VU, put the X BLEED switch in the AUTO position.
(b)
Stop the GAPC.
(c)
Disconnect the GAPC from the aircraft ground HP connection.
(d)
Close the access panel 191DB.
(2)
Close the wing anti-ice control valve as follows:
(a)
FOR 9DL
(b)
FOR 10DL 1 Remove and discard the lockwire from the slide (6).
1_ Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolt (1).
2_ Remove the bolt (1) from the indicator (2).
3_ Install the bolt (1) in the bolt stowage position.

5_ Move the indicator (2) to the CLOSED position.
