 A. Close Access
 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (2) Install the access panel 622WB (Ref. TASK 57-41-37-400-008).

 B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1DL, 2DL, 5CV, 7CV, 2KD.

 C. Aircraft Configuration 
R R R  (1) Make sure that the ECAM upper DU, on Panel 4VU, does not show the warning message, WING A.ICE L(R) VALVE CLOSED. If necessary, on Panel 11VU, press the EMER CANC pushbutton switch on the ECAM Control Panel to cancel the message.
 (2) Do the EIS stop procedure (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
R R  (3) Put a placard in position to tell aircraft crew that the RH wing anti-ice valve (10DL) is deactivated. The valve is in the OPEN position. 
R R R R R R  (4) Make an applicable entry in the Aircraft Technical Log that the RH anti-ice valve has been deactivated. The engine bleed must not be operated (except for engine start). If the crossbleed valve is open, the APU bleed must not be operated (except for engine start). If the engine or APU bleed is operated, heat damage to the slats can occur (Ref. FCOM 3-02-30).
