R  (a) Mix 20 parts by weight of STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-047) 
R  (lacquer 404-12) and 1 part by weight of STRUCTURE PAINTS 
R  (Material No. 16-047) (hardener 400). 
R  NOTE : The necessary viscosity is 17-23 seconds, 4 mm (0.16 in.)____ 
R  DIN cup. 
R  (b) Permit the mixture 15 minutes reaction time before use. 
R  NOTE : Pot life is 8 hours maximum.____ 
R  It will be necessary to add STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 
R  16-047) (thinner 62) after approx. 4 hours to keep the 
R  necessary viscosity. 
R  NOTE : Conditions for use:____ 
R  - Temperature between 15 DEG.C (59.00 DEG.F) and 30 DEG.C 
R  (86.00 DEG.F), 
R  - Relative humidity 35-75% . 
R  (c) For a textured finish apply the mixture in 1-4 cross coats with a 
R  GUN - AIR SPRAY, STANDARD PAINT and a NOZZLE DIA 1.5 MM (1/16 
R  IN). 
R  NOTE : The necessary coat thickness of a textured finish is____ 
R  between 0.03 mm (0.0011 in.) and 0.09 mm (0.0035 in.). 
R  NOTE : The textured finish is:____ 
R  - Dust dry after 20 minutes, 
R  - Transport dry after 8 hours, 
R  - Fully dry after 7 days at room temperature. 
R  Over-painting: Between 20 minutes and 12 hours. 
R  NOTE : If the drying time between the coats is more than 12____ 
R  hours: 
R  - Clean the repair with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-
R  010) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS 
R  (Material No. 19-003), 
R  or 
R  - Rub it with emery cloth, 320-400 grade and clean it with 
R  CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-010) and a lint-free 
R  cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003). 
R  NOTE : To make the cure faster you can add heat 60 DEG.C (140.00____ 
R  DEG.F) to the repair. 
R  The textured finish is then:

R  - Transport dry after 60-90 minutes, 
R  - Fully dry after 12 hours. 
R  Over-painting: Heat-cured for 20 minutes maximum if you 
R  do not clean or rub the repair. 
R  (6) Remove the masking tape and the masking paper from the adjacent 
R  components or areas.
