component manufacturer, or by CAAC, the certificate holder shall comply with it. If the additional
inspections task is repetitive inspection, it should be updated into the documents listed above;
otherwise, the above approval will result to terminate automatically.
h. The termination of approval to the document listed above will result to terminate the validation of
the certificate holder’s operation specifications or impose additional restrictions as necessary.

the documents listed above, CAAC will reevaluate the effectiveness of the concerned aircraft
maintenance program, and may impose additional restrictions or requirements as necessary for
ensure flight safety.
d. CAAC keep the right of continue assess and evaluate to the document listed above according to
the regulations, as well as to its implementation procedures and standards, and require
correcting any deficiencies. The certificate holder shall take proper corrective action for the
deficiencies in timely manner; otherwise, the above approval will result to terminate
automatically.
e. The termination of approval to the document listed above will result to CAAC reevaluate the
effectiveness of the concerned aircraft maintenance program, and may impose additional
restrictions or requirements as necessary for ensure flight safety.
