Standard takeoff minimums are defined as 1600m (1 sm) visibility or RVR 1500m (5000ft) for
airplanes having 2 engines or less and 800m (1/2 sm) visibility or RVR 720m (2400ft) for airplanes
having more than 2 engines. All takeoff operations, based on RVR, must use RVR reports from the
locations along the runway specified in this paragraph.
