C0033 POWERBACK OPERATIONS WITH AIRPLANES
The certificate holder is authorized to conduct powerback taxiing operations in accordance with the
provisions of this paragraph and the procedures in the certificate holder's manuals. For the purpose
of these operations specifications, powerback is an operation conducted from a location used for the
boarding of passengers or loading of cargo, when the airplane taxies rearward under its own power.
The certificate holder shall conduct all powerback operations in accordance with the restrictions and
limitations specified in this paragraph and shall not conduct any other rearward taxi operations under
these operations specifications.
a. Authorized Airplanes. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct powerback operations with
the airplanes listed below. The certificate holder shall not conduct powerback operations with
any other airplanes under these operations specifications.

b. Authorized Airports - Restrictions and Limitations. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct
powerback operations at the airports specified in the following table or, in a list which is an
attachment to this paragraph, provided these operations are conducted in accordance with the
restrictions and limitations specified in these operations specifications and the certificate holder's
manuals. The certificate holder shall not conduct powerback operations at any other airport
under these operations specifications.

C0035 SPECIAL AUTHORIZATIONS, PROVISIONS, AND LIMITATIONS FOR CERTAIN AIRPORTS
a. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct operations into the specific airports listed in Table
1 for such things as:
(1) Airports that may require special aircraft performance charts and equipment or required
special lighting for airports—flare pots, RBI, or required special navigation and
communications equipment, etc.
(2) Airports that require a curfew notation
(3) Airports with unpaved runways or runways constructed on frozen lakes and rivers
(4) For Flag or Supplemental destination airports that do not have an available alternate in
accordance with CCAR 121.641(a)(2) or 121.642(b) that are dispatched in accordance with
the required fuel reserves set forth in CCAR 121.659(b), 121.660(c) or 121.661(b) as
applicable, may be listed along with any special provisions or limitations.
