D0009 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
a. The certificate holder is authorized to maintain its operated aircrafts according to the specific
maintenance program listed hereunder, and the certificate holder shall prepare and schedule the
maintenance tasks for each aircraft in accordance with the applicable document.

b. The documents listed above only valid after being approved by CAAC with stamp and signature
on its front cover as well as its List of Effective Pages.
c. The implementation procedures and standards for the maintenance task specified by the
documents listed above should be defined specifically.
d. For the sub-parts or sub-items that do not have specific time intervals of its maintenance task in
the document listed above, it shall be implemented at the same time limitations as specified for
the component or item to which they are related.
e. The certificate holder shall continuously monitor the effectiveness of the documents listed above,
and timely rectify any findings that couldn’t ensure the aircrafts in the status of airworthiness. For
the aircrafts operating under CCAR-121, the certificate holder shall also monitor the
effectiveness of these documents in accordance with the reliability program authorized in
Operation Specification D0013.
f. If the implementation of any repetitive maintenance task not specified in the documents listed
above is considered necessary by the certificate holder, the certificate holder shall update it into
the document in time.
g. In the event of a reasonable unforeseen circumstance, which result the maintenance task
specified in the documents listed above cannot be implemented as scheduled, the deviations
should be in the scope of limitations specified by CAAC, and report to CAAC.
h. CAAC keep the right of continue assess and evaluate to the document listed above according to
the regulations, as well as to its implementation procedures and standards, and require
correcting any deficiencies. The certificate holder shall take proper corrective action for the
deficiencies in timely manner; otherwise, the above approval will result to terminate
automatically.
i. The termination of approval to the document listed above will result to terminate the validation of
the certificate holder’s operation specifications or impose additional restrictions as necessary.
j. For the aircraft listed hereunder, the certificate holder is authorized to adopt the maintenance
program of contractor's with contractual arrangement, and shall obtain an approval as specified
in Operation Specification D0017.
