A0057 ARRANGEMENTS WITH TRAINING CENTERS, AGENCIES, AND/OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS FOR
CERTIFICATE HOLDER TRAINING
Provided the following conditions are met, the certificate holder is authorized to make
arrangements with the training center(s), agencies, and/or other organization(s) listed below to
provide training, testing, and checking for the certificate holder.
a. The certificate holder shall ensure that all training, testing, and checking provided by each of
the subject training organization is performed in accordance with the certificate holder’s approved
training program(s).
b. The certificate holder shall ensure that each of the subject training organization listed below
has an adequate organizational structure, provide competent, qualified personnel, as well as
adequate facilities, equipment, and approved training programs for the proper performance of training,
testing, and checking in accordance with the certificate holder’s approved training program.
c. The certificate holder shall ensure that each person employed by each subject training
organization listed below is trained, qualified, and authorized to conduct the appropriate training,
testing, and checking in accordance with the certificate holder’s approved training program.
d. The certificate holder shall have a program or method that detects, identifies, and provides
timely corrective action for all deficiencies in the training program provided by each subject training
organization listed below relative to the certificate holder’s approved training program.
e. The certificate holder shall ensure that each person who determines the adequacy of the
training program and who is employed by each subject training organization listed below is fully
informed about the procedures, requirements, and equipment in use with regard to the certificate
holder’s approved training program.
f. The certificate holder shall ensure that all arrangements made with each subject training
organization listed below are not contrary to these operations specifications, the certificate holder’s
approved training program, or the China Civil Aviation Regulations.
g. A review and audit by the certificate holder of each training agreement of each subject training
organization listed below must be completed at least once every two years (based on this operations
specification paragraph effective date) and presented to the principal inspector for acceptance. This
audit shall include a review of the items listed in subparagraphs a - f. The acceptance of the audit
required by this operations specification is considered to have been completed in the month required
if completed in the calendar month before or after the month in which it is due.
h. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct training, testing, and checking under agreement
with the following subject training organization.
