B0029 SPECIAL FUEL RESERVES IN INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
The certificate holder is authorized, under a deviation as provided in CCAR Section 121.661, to
conduct certain operations outside China using the fuel supply specified in subparagraph a. below.
The certificate holder shall not conduct international operations under these operations specifications
using fuel supplies less than those required by the basic provisions of Section 121.661 (without a
deviation) unless those operations are conducted in accordance with the special limitations and
provisions of this paragraph.
a. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct operations only within the areas of en route
operation where this paragraph is referenced in paragraph B0039 of these operations
specifications with at least the following fuel supply. Each aircraft used by the certificate holder
shall have enough fuel on board, considering the requirements of Section 121.663, to accomplish
all of the following:
(1) Fly to and land at the airport to which it is dispatched or released.
(2) After that, to fly for a period of 10 percent of that portion of the en route time (between the
departure airport and the airport to which it was released) where the aircraft's position can not
be "reliably fixed" at least once each hour in accordance with paragraph B0007 of these
operations specifications.
(3) After that, to fly to and land at the most distant alternate airport specified in the dispatch or
flight release (if an alternate is required by subparagraph b.).
(4) After that, to fly for 45 minutes at normal cruising fuel consumption.
b. The certificate holder shall conduct operations that use the fuel supplies authorized by this
paragraph in accordance with all of the following conditions:
(1) If the flight is scheduled for not more than six hours, the flight shall be dispatched or released
in accordance with the alternate airport for destination requirements applicable to domestic
operations as specified in Section 121.639. If the flight is scheduled for more than six hours
at least one alternate airport for the destination airport must be listed in the dispatch or flight
release.
(2) The flight shall not be dispatched or released in accordance with the alternate airport for
destination under the provisions of Section 121.641 or Section 121.642.
(3) The flight shall not be dispatched or released unless appropriate weather reports or forecasts
or any combination thereof indicate that the weather conditions will be:
(a) At or above the authorized IFR approach and landing minimums at the estimated time
of arrival at any airport to which the flight is dispatched or released; and
(b) At or above the authorized alternate airport IFR weather minimums at the estimated
time of arrival at any required alternate airport.

B0031 PLANNED REDISPATCH OR RERELEASE EN ROUTE
The certificate holder is authorized to conduct "planned redispatch" or "planned rerelease" en route
operations only within the areas of en route operation where this paragraph is referenced in
paragraph B0039 of these operations specifications. The certificate holder shall conduct all planned
redispatch or rerelease en route operations in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph and
shall conduct no other planned redispatch or rerelease operations .
a. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct planned redispatch or rerelease en route
operations under CCAR Section 121.651(c) provided all requirements of these operations
specifications and the appropriate CCAR's, applicable to original dispatch or flight release,
including weather, terminal and en route facilities, and fuel supply requirements are met at the
time of redispatch or rerelease. For the purpose of these operations specifications, a redispatch
