SECTION 6 — FLIGHT WITH ONE ENGINE INOPERATIVE This section may be combined with sections 1 through 5. The test shall have regard to control of the airship, identification of the failed engine, immediate actions, follow-up actions, checks and flying accuracy in the following situations:  
a  Simulated engine failure after take-off or on go-around  
b  Approach and procedural go-around with one engine inoperative  
c  Approach and landing, missed approach procedure, with one engine inoperative  
d  ATC liaison – compliance, R/T procedures 
+ May be performed in either section 4 or section 5.

CROSS-CREDITING OF THE IR PART OF A CLASS OR TYPE RATING 
PROFICIENCY CHECK
A. Aeroplanes 
Credits shall be granted only when the holder is revalidating IR privileges for single-engine and single-pilot multi-engine aeroplanes, as appropriate. 
When a proficiency check including IR is performed, and the holder has a valid:  Credit is valid towards the IR part in a proficiency check for:  
MP type rating;  SE class * and  
High performance complex  SE type rating *, and  
aeroplane type rating  SP ME class, and SP ME non-high performance complex aeroplane type rating, only credits for section 3B of the skill test forsingle pilot non-high performance complex aeroplane of Appendix 9 *  
SP ME non high performance  SP ME class *, and  
complex aeroplane type rating,  SP ME non-high performance complex  
operated as single-pilot  aeroplane type rating, and SE class and type rating *  
SP ME non high performance  a. SP ME class*, and  
complex aeroplane type rating,  b. SP ME non-high performance complex  
restricted to MP operation  aeroplane type rating *, and c. SE class and type rating *  
SP ME class rating, operated as  SE class and type rating, and  
single-pilot  SP ME class, and SP ME non-high performance complex aeroplane type rating
