D. Removal
_______CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE HEAD OF THE PUSHBUTTON SWITCH IS IN THE RELEASED (OUT) POSITION BEFORE YOU REMOVE IT. IF YOU TRY TO REMOVE THE HEAD WHEN IT IS PUSHED (IN), YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PUSHBUTTON SWITCH.
R (1) Remove the head (ABS0951 or E0418)
R R (a) For E0415 MSC EATON pushbutton switch (Ref. Fig. 016) - Release the head with the tool 58T-101 or 851-30486-510 (ex MSC584-901). The head stays attached to the body by the retainer. - Remove the tool.
R R (b) For E0415 ECE pushbutton switch (Ref. Fig. 017) - Release the head with the tool OUT74. - Remove the tool OUT74. - Insert the screwdriver blade between the body and the retainer. - Lift the retainer slightly in the direction of the arrow until the guide pin comes out of the slot. - Remove the head and retainer assembly.
R R R R R R R (c) For ABS0951 ECE and KORRY pushbutton switch (Ref. Fig. 018) - Release the head with the tool OUT74, 58T-101 or 851-30486-510 (ex MSC584-901). The head stays attached to the body by the retainer (flexible printed circuit). - Remove the tool.
R (2) Replace a lamp (E0530) (only for E0415)
_______CAUTION : DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS. THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.
R R (a) For E0415 MSC EATON pushbutton switch (Ref. Fig. 016) - Release the head with the tool 58T-101 or 851-30486-510 (ex MSC584-901) The head stays attached to the body by the retainer. - Remove the tool. - Turn the head to get access to the lamps.

- Remove the lamp from it housing and install a new lamp.
- Install the head.

R (b) For E0415 ECE pushbutton switch

- Release the head with the tool OUT74.
- Remove the tool.
- Turn the head to get access to the lamps.
- Remove the lamp from its housing and install a new lamp.
- Install the head.
R (3) Remove the body (ABS0951 and E0415)
