Install the body
-
Insert the tool OUT75 in the body with the slots in line with the locking cam screws.
-
Insert the screwdriver (no specific) in the slots and turn the screws conter-clockwise approximately half a turn to retract the locking cams.
-Remove the screwdriver (no specific) and leave the tool OUT75 in position.
-Slide the mounting sleeve back and remove it. Remove the spacer (if no used).
-If necessary, install the guard or the applicable spacer on the body.
-Insert the body in the panel cutout. Make sure that the guard or spacer (if installed) is correctly positioned under the flange on the body.
-Slide the mounting sleeve on the body in the correct direction for the thickness of the panel as shown on the view J or K (mounting sleeve end A or B) (Ref. Fig. 011)
-Insert the tool OUT87-1 in the slots of the tool OUT75. TORQUE the locking cam screws to between 0.12 m.daN (10.6194 lbf.in) and 0.14 m.daN (12.3893 lbf.in) to extend the cams.
-Remove the tool OUT87-1 and the tool OUT75.
(c) Install the head (Ref. para. 3.E.(1)(c)).
