R R A. Junction Modules
R R (1) Contact arrangements (Ref. Fig. 001, 008, 009)

_______CAUTION : DO NOT INSTALL CRIMP-ON CONTACTS INTO CAVITIES THAT ARE NOT USED (IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE THEM).
R Make a selection of the applicable contact dimension for the junction-module contact size code. Example: Contact size 20 is necessary with junction module M 20-01.
R (3) Installation
R R R (a) On rail (NSA937901R, RA or RB): Install the modules on the terminal block rail in a number sequence that increases. When you are opposite the modular terminal block, read horizontally from left to right (module 1 on left), and read vertically from top to bottom (module 1 on top). You move and lock the modules in position when you lock the end clamps (torque value between 0.07 and 0.10 daNm).
____NOTE : You must safety the end clamps with lockwire in vibration areas (Ref. 20-51-15 locking procedure for end clamps).
R R R R (b) On module support (NSA937915): (Ref. Fig. 010) The base design (clip height/support that holds the module) prevents incorrect installation of the module (Note: the lower yoke must be on the module-plate side). You must install the module in the support before you attach it. To do this: - hold the support with one hand and with the other hand, put the module on the plate, identification side first, and lower the other side a few millimeters, - turn the module to engage it into its housing and lock the base in the support clips.
