R  ____NOTE : Install the connector on the panel before you connect the cables. 
R  - Select the applicable terminals to connect the connectors (Refer 
R  Connection Table paragraph). 
R  (1) For E0354-204 only : 
R  - On the cables to be connected, put heat shrinkable sleeve E0126-09B 
R  or NSA937211-009-E with a length of 70 -5 +5 mm (2.7559 -0.1968 
R  +0.1968 in.) for the insulation of the connector. 
R 
R  - Use a torque screwdriver to attach the terminals to the connector. 
R  TORQUE the screws at the value of : 
R  For diameter 3 : 0.055 m.daN (4.8672 lbf.in) 
R  For diameter 4 : 0.10 m.daN (8.8495 lbf.in) 
R  - Fold the terminals at 90. with a flat-nose pliers (Refer step2).
R  ____NOTE : Do this operation only one time. 
R  - Select the applicable shrinking tool. 
R  - Install the connector insulation from the root of the connector to 
R  the top of the terminals (Refer step3). 
R  - Shrink the sleeve. Make sure that the sleeve length after shrinking 
R  is 50 -5 +5 mm (1.9685 -0.1968 +0.1968 in.).

R  (2) For E0354-301 only : 
R  - On the cables to be connected, put heat shrinkable sleeve E0126-09B 
R  or NSA 937211-009-E with a length of 30 mm (1.1811 in.) for the 
R  insulation of the connector. 
R  - Use a torque screwdriver to attach the terminals to the connector. 
R  TORQUE the screws at the value of : 
R  For diameter 3 : 0.055 m.daN (4.8672 lbf.in) 
R  For diamater 4 : 0.10 m.daN (8.8495 lbf.in) 
R  - Select the applicable shrinking tool. 
R  - Install the connector insulation from the root of the connector to 
R  the top of the terminals (Refer step3). 
R  - Shrink the sleeve. 
R 
R  (3) Only for E0354-302 
R  - Use a torque screwdriver to attach the terminals to the connector. 
R  TORQUE the screws at the value : 
R  for diameter 3 : 0.055 m.daN (4.8672 lbf.in) 
R  for diameter 4 : 0.10 m.daN (8.8495 lbf.in) 
R  - With a spray gun or a brush, apply a very thin coat of PM820 
R  (ASNA4183). 
R  - Let it dry 1 minute before the next operation. 
R  - Apply CAF4 (ASNA4183) on the heads of the screws.
