(Ref. Fig. 012)

G. Installation Procedure
 (1)
 Flexible Wires (Gauge < or = 20)
(Ref. Fig. 013)

-Cut the cables and make sure that there are no burrs or wires which come out.
-Install the wire in the guiding tool.
-Guide the tool nose through the cavity until the tool main body protrudes from the far side a little way.
 -Withdraw the removable nose.
-
Carefully feed the cable through the tool.

 -
Carefully withdraw the tool from the bung.

 (2)
 Other Wires
(Ref. Fig. 013)
Prepare the end of the conductor as follows :

-Strip the wire on a length of 10 mm (0.3937 in.).
-Put a 15 mm (0.5905 in.) long heat shrinkable sleeve NSA937211-XXX on the stripped part.
 -Heat-shrink the sleeve.

Push the cable through the feedthough.
Carefully pull on the cable until it is in the correct position.
 (3) Insulation
R  (Ref. Fig. 013)
R  In all unwired cavity, a sealing plug must be installed.
R  All the smallest wires shall be prepared to ensure insulation with
R  shrink sleeve. If more than one sleeve is required, the outer sleeve
R  shall be longer than the inner sleeve.
R  H. Wire addition procedure
R  - When one free cavity is available, hold the sealing plug and insert new
R  wire.
R  - When there is no free cavity, this is not possible .
R  J. Wire replacement procedure
R  - Cut the wire at each extremity of the pressure seal, hold the damaged
R  wire and insert the new one.
