R  (Ref. Fig. 002, 003) 
R  (a) Step 1: 
R  - Cut approximately 80 mm (3.1496 in.) of black adhesive sealant 
R  SCOTCH 3M 5313 or DEUTSCH 609-0031-50. 
R  (b) Step 2: 
R  - Identify the position of the panel with a colored mark 100 mm 
R  (3.9370 in.) from the panel. 
R  - At 76 mm (2.9921 in.) from the colored mark put and press the 
R  wires out flat (without overlap) in the middle of the sealant. 
R  Make sure that none of the two ends is covered. 
R  - Cut each end of the sealant 5 mm (0.1968 in.) from the wires.
R  ____NOTE : For large wire gauges, make sure there is some space 
R  between the wires to make sure that the sealant covers all 
R  the periphery of each wire. 
R  (c) Step 3: 
R  - Cover the first layer of wires with a second piece of adhesive 
R  sealant by pressing the wires. 
R  - Remove the protective tape from this sealant. 
R  - Install a new layer of wires.

R  - Do these operations as many times as necessary until all wires
