A. Removal of the Fire Detector (Channel B) Harness
NOTE : To open the flip-lock clamps and line blocks, turn the captive
____ screws or captive bolts 1/4 turn counterclockwise to disengage the cam nuts.
NOTE : Loosely attach the clamp(s), anti-rotation lug(s) if applicable,
____ and bolt(s) to the brackets from which they were removed to make it easier for installation.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 409VC-A from the pylon junction box. (Ref. Fig. 417/TASK 71-51-43-991-320)
(2) Open the line blocks (10) that attach the harness (5) to the brackets at station 174 on the top RH side of the engine.
(3) If necessary, remove the rubber supports from the line blocks (10).

(5) Open the flip-lock clamp (15) and remove the harness (5).

(6) Open the line blocks (10) at station 174, the line blocks (20) at station 176, and the line blocks (25) at station 185. (Ref. Fig. 417/TASK 71-51-43-991-320)
(7) If necessary, remove the rubber supports from the line blocks.
