A. Removal of the ECU (Channel A) to Thrust Reverser Junction Box Harness (4213KS).
NOTE : To open the flip-lock clamps and line blocks, turn the captive
____ screws or captive bolts 1/4 turn counterclockwise to disengage the cam nuts.
R NOTE : Loosely attach the clamp(s), anti-rotation lug(s) if applicable,
____ R and bolt(s) to the brackets from which they were removed to make R it easier for installation.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 4007VC-A from the harness
junction box. R R BEFORE SPIB NO. CFM02255MW1 R
(2) Open the line blocks (10), (15) and (20) that attach the harness (5)
to the brackets. R R AFTER SPIB NO. CFM02255MW1 R (Ref. Fig. 411/TASK 71-51-43-991-306) R
R (3) Open the line blocks (10), (15) and (20) that attach the harness (5) R to the brackets.
R (4) Remove the clamps and bolts (12) that attach the harness to the R bracket.
R (5) Remove the clamps and bolts (17) that attach the harness to the R bracket.
R (6) Remove the clamps, bolt and anti-rotation lug (18) that attach the R harness (5) to the bracket. R R END SPIB NO. CFM02255MW1 R
R (7) If necessary, remove the rubber supports from the line blocks.

R (8) Remove the harness (5) from the rubber supports.
R (9) Disconnect the electrical connector 4000KS-J5 from the ECU.
R (10) Put protective covers on the electrical connectors.
R (11) Remove the electrical harness (5) from the engine.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
