A. Removal of the Vibration Sensor Harness
NOTE : To open the flip-lock clamps and line blocks, turn the captive
____ screws or captive bolts 1/4 turn counterclockwise to disengage the cam nuts.

R NOTE : Loosely attach the clamp(s), anti-rotation lug(s) if applicable,____
R and bolt(s) to the brackets from which they were removed to make
R it easier for installation.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 448VC-A from the pylon junction
box.

(2) Open the flip-lock clamp (25) and remove the electrical harness (5).
(3) Open the 3 line blocks (10) attached to the brackets at station 167.
(4) Open the line block (15) attached to the bracket at station 174.
(5) Open the 3 line blocks (20) attached to the brackets at station 176,
185 and 191.
(6) If necessary, remove the rubber supports from the line blocks. Remove
the harness (5) from the rubber supports.

R (7) Remove the clamps and bolts (12) that attach the harness (5) to the
R brackets at station 167.
R (8) Remove the clamps, bolt and anti-rotation lug (13) that attach the
R harness (5) to the brackets at station 167.
R (9) Remove the clamps and bolt (17) that attach the harness (5) to the
R bracket at station 174.
R (10) Remove the clamps, bolts and anti-rotation lugs (22) that attach the
R harness (5) to the brackets at station 176 and 185.
R (11) Remove the clamps and bolts (23) that attach the harness (5) to the
R bracket at station 191.

R (12) Disconnect the electrical connector 4002EV-A from the No. 1 bearing
vibration accelerometer.
