if the steering is not correct: .the WHEEL N/W STRG FAULT indication comes into view on the upper ECAM DU. .the NW STEER indication comes into view on the lower ECAM DU.

-The BSCU SYS1 GROUND SCANNING pagecomes into view and shows the fault message that relates to the defective equipment (LRU).

(4)
On the MCDU, push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.
(5)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(6)
If the front of the aircraft is lifted off the ground, lower the aircraft to the ground (Ref. TASK 07-11-00-586-001).
(7)
If the nosewheels are on grease plates, move the aircraft to remove the grease plates (Ref. TASK 09-10-00-584-002).
(8)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
