A. Removal of the Brake Temperature Sensor
(1)
Disconnect the connector (3) from the temperature sensor (1).
(2)
Put a blanking cap on the connector (3).
(3)
Cut and remove the lockwire from the screw (2).
(4)
Remove the screw (2).

(5) Release the temperature sensor (1) from its housing along its axis.
(6) Put a blanking cap in the temperature sensor housing.

R (1) Disconnect the connector (2) from the temperature sensor (1).
R (2) Put a blanking cap on the connector (2).
R (3) Remove the screw (3), remove and discard the washer (4).
R (4) Pre SIL 32-0106
R (a) Loosen the sensor assembly screw (5) from the retainer
R subassembly (6).
R (b) Remove the end of the BTMS sensor assembly from the pressure
R plate (7).
R (c) Release the temperature sensor (1) from the brake subassembly
R (8).
R (d) Put a blanking cap in the temperature sensor housing.
R (5) Post SIL 32-0106
R (a) Disconnect the sensor assembly end (5) from the retainer
R subassembly (6) as follows:
R - unbend the ends of the clip (9).
