3密切监控其它航空器的飞行情况，与塔台主班管制员协调配合，避免因处置特情而失去对其它航空器的正常管制；

3必要时，使用备用频率实施对其他航空器的管制工作；

4通知指挥中心、飞行服务报告室有关情况，要求消防急救到位待命，同时通报航空器机型、预计着陆时间及着陆方向；

5本场军航有活动时，向其通报航空器无线电罗盘故障情况，申请机动空域，请求避让。

6特情处置完毕后，在《塔台不正常情况登记本》（详见附件一）上做好特殊情况处置记录。
