D. Lubricate the Side Cargo Door (Fig. 314)

(1) Put the maintenance stand immediately outboard of the side cargo door.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE AWAY FROM THE DOOR AND
_______ THE DOOR OPENING WHEN YOU OPERATE THE DOOR. FAILURE OF THE LIFT MECHANISM CAN CAUSE THE DOOR TO CLOSE QUICKLY WHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DAMAGE.
(2)
Move the side cargo door to approximately 20 degrees of the full open position.
(3)
Lubricate the side cargo door as shown in Figure 314.
(4)
Close the side cargo door.
