LOWER THE FLAPS TO GET ACCESS.

MAKE SURE THE GREASE FLOWS FREELY THROUGH THE LUBRICATION HOLES. IF THE HOLES ARE CLOGGED, CLEAN THE HOLES BEFORE YOU LUBRICATE THE ASSEMBLY. USE ONLY BMS 3-33 GREASE.

1. General_______
A. This procedure has instruction to do these tasks:

The main entry doors lubrication
(2)
The crew compartment overhead hatch lubrication
(3)
The forward electronic door lubrication
(4)
The center electronic door lubrication

The air-conditioning doors lubrication
(6)
The auxiliary power unit door lubrication

The main deck electronic door lubrication

The bulk cargo door lubrication
(9)
The forward/aft cargo doors lubrication

The side cargo door lubrication

The nose cargo door lubrication

The upper deck crew service door lubrication
B. See Fig. 301 for the door index. The door index shows the door locations on the airplane. Look at the number of the Figure below the name of the door for details on a specified door.
C. Grease nipples are known as ZERK fittings in this procedure. You must use a grease gun to lubricate the ZERK and flush-type fittings. To get to some of the ZERK and flush-type fittings, you must use a flexible hose. You must attach a 90 degrees fitting on the grease gun to get at other ZERK and flush-type fittings.
