 VHF NAV Control Panel Circuit Breaker/Panel
 P7 P126 No. 1 VOR 1 DC VOR 3 No. 2 VOR 2 DC
 C.  On SN 351-399 and IB 406-499, open circuit breakers on overhead circuit breaker panel P7 as follows:
 VHF NAV Control Panel  Circuit Breaker No. 1 VHF NAV CONT-1, VOR 1 DC No. 2 VHF NAV CONT-2, VOR 2 DC
 D.  Loosen fasteners securing panel to lightshield.
 E.  Withdraw panel from lightshield and disconnect electrical connector(s).
 4.  Install VHF NAV Control Panel

 A.  Connect electrical connector(s) to control panel.
 B.  Secure control panel to lightshield.
 C.  Provide electrical power (Ref 24-22-00).
 D.  Close circuit breaker opened in paragraph 3.A. above and check that panel lights are on.
 NOTE:  The flight deck panel lights control must be on bright.

 E.  Remove electrical power if no longer required (Ref 24-22-00).

 VOR/ILS RECEIVER - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General

 A.  The VOR/ILS receivers are installed in the main electronics equipment center. Each receiver is held in place by two retaining knobs.
 2.  Referenced Procedures

 A.  24-22-00, Maintenance Practices (Apply Power)
 3.  Remove VOR/ILS Receiver
_______________________
 A.  Open circuit breakers on overhead circuit breaker panels P7 and P126 as follows: AF 101-150; AZ 201-222; IB 405; LH 001-010 and SN 301-350
 Receiver Circuit Breaker No. 1 VOR 1 AC, VOR 1 DC, G/S 1 No. 2 VOR 2 AC, VOR 2 DC, G/S 2 No. 3 VOR 1 AC, VOR 1 DC, G/S 1
 VOR 2 AC, VOR 2 DC, G/S 2 AF 121, 122, 151-199; AT ALL; AZ 223-234, 281; GN ALL; IB 406-499; LH 011-013, 051-062, 082 and 083; MD ALL and VM ALL, less AZ, IB and LH airplanes incorporating SB 34-2261,
 Circuit Breaker/Panel
 Receiver P7 P126 No. 1 VOR 1 AC, VOR 1 DC, G/S 1 No. 2 VOR 2 AC, VOR 2 DC, G/S 2 No. 3 VOR 1 AC, VOR 1 DC G/S 3, VOR 3

 Circuit Breaker/Panel

 B.  Loosen and disengage retaining knobs securing receiver to rack and withdraw receiver from rack.
 4.  Install VOR/ILS Receiver

 A.  Position receiver in rack and secure retaining knobs.
 B.  Close circuit breakers opened in paragraph 3.A. above.
 NOTE: When substituting Bendix RNA-34A or Collins 51RV-4( ) VOR/ILS
____ receivers for Collins 51RV-2B receivers, the following listed circuit breakers may be replaced with five amp circuit breakers. This will prevent nuisance circuit breaker tripping due to the higher current requirements of the RNA-34A and 51RV-4( ) receivers.

 * When Installed
 C. Test receiver for satisfactory operation as follows:
 (1)  
Provide electrical power (Ref 24-22-00).

 (2)  
Position AP/FD MSP mode selector to HDG.

 (3)  
Position captain's VOR/ILS transfer switch to center (normal) when testing VOR/ILS received No. 1 or No. 2 and to either alternate position when testing VOR/ILS receiver No. 3.

 (4)  
Energize flight interphone system and VOR/ILS navigation system.

 (5)  
Tune VOR/ILS navigation system to local VOR station and listen for identification code on flight interphone.

 (6)  
Position VOR/ILS transfer switch(es) to normal.

 (7)  
Turn off flight interphone and VOR/ILS navigation systems.

 (8)  
Remove electrical power if no longer required (Ref 24-22-00).
