Install the diffuser/hose assemblies (7) over the outlets on the distribution duct.
(b)
Install the 2-inch wide tape (6) over the ends of the diffuser/ hose assemblies (7) and the outlets on the distribution duct.

Install the straps (8) to secure the distribution duct bracket assemblies (9).

Tighten the clamps (10) that hold the flex sleeves (11) to the ends of the distribution duct.

Do this check of the overhead distribution duct:
(a)
Supply pressure to the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).
(b)
Put the L and R pack switch on the P5 air conditioning panel to the AUTO position.
(c)
Check the distribution duct to make sure there is no leakage of air at the connections.

Put the airplane back to its usual condition

Install the sculptured ceiling panel (AMM 25-22-01/401).

Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00).

Push the L and R RECIRC FAN switch-lights, on the pilots overhead P5 panel, to the off position.
(a)
Make sure the INOP lights come on.
(b)
Put a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the switch-lights.

Turn the L and R PACK selectors, on the P5 panel, to the OFF position.

Make sure the PACK OFF lights come on.
(b)
Put a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the selectors.
(4)
Remove the applicable overhead stowage bin (AMM 25-28-02/401).
