4. Operational Test - Pack High Flow Inhibit (Fig. 502, 503)____________________________________________________
A. General
(1)
This procedure does a test of the pack high flow inhibits. In normal operation, the flow control and shutoff valve (FCV) will be in the high flow position when the APU is the pneumatic source and the airplane is on the ground. When the airplane is in the air and the engines are the pneumatic source, the FCV is normally in the low flow position. Under certain conditions, the FCV will be commanded to the high flow position.
