R (b) If a force more than 20 lbf.ft (2.7116 m.daN) is necessary to
R move the IGVs or the travel range is less than 1 in. (25.3999
R mm):
R - replace the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 49-11-11-000-004) and (Ref. AMM
R TASK 49-11-11-400-004).

R (2) If the EGT increases:
R - check the APU bleed system for leaks.

R C. If the WB parameter values are out of range:
R - do a check for blockage of the APU inlet.

R (1) If the fault continues:
R - do a check of the APU BLEED CHECK-VALVE (7260HM) (Ref. AMM TASK 36-R 12-51-200-001).

R (a) If the inspection of the APU BLEED CHECK-VALVE (7260HM) is not
R OK:
R - replace the APU BLEED CHECK-VALVE (7260HM) (Ref. AMM TASK 36-R 12-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-51-400-001).

R (b) If the inspection of the APU BLEED CHECK-VALVE (7260HM) is OK:
R - do a check for damage/contamination of the DIFFERENTIAL
R PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (8043KM) and TOTAL PRESSURE TRANSDCER
R (8044KM).
R - remove the tube of the tube of the DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE
R TRANSDUCER (8043KM) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-16-000-002).
R - remove the tube of the tube of the TOTAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER
R (8044KM) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-17-000-002).
R - put plugs in the openings.

R NOTE : It is recommended to use a pressure of 60-90 psig

____ R (4.14-6.20 bar) of filtered air or nitrogen to blow the R air through the tubes.
R - use a air source to remove unwanted materials out of the tubes.

R  - remove the plugs from the openings. 
R  - install the tube of the DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER 
R  (8043KM) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-16-400-002). 
R  - install the tube of the TOTAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (8044KM) 
R  (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-17-400-002). 
R  (c) If the fault continues: 
R  - replace the DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (8043KM) 
R  (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-16-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-16-
R  400-002). 
R  - replace the TOTAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (8044KM) 
R  (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-17-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-17-
R  400-002). 
R  (d) If the fault continues: 
R  - do a check of damage/leakage of the fuel supply and return 
R  lines of the SCV 
R  1 If there is damaged/leaking in the fuel supply and return_ 
R  lines: 
R  - do a repair. 
R  2 If the fuel supply and return lines are OK:_ 
R  - replace the SURGE CONTROL VALVE (8058KM) 
R  (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-52-000-003) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-
R  52-400-003). 
R  (e) If the fault continues: 
R  - replace the ECB (59KD) 
R  (Ref. AMM TASK 49-61-34-000-003) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-61-34-
R  400-003). 
R  D. If the PD is more than 8 psig lower than PT (ECS or MES mode): 
R  NOTE : PD = main engine precooler inlet air pressure (source BMC).____ 
R  NOTE : As a rule of thumb, the pressure drop accross the cross bleed____ 
R  valve is 3 psig, therefore PD (RTL mode) shows approx. 3 psig 
R  higher than PD (ECS or MES mode). 
R  - check on the MCDU the load control valve position (the ADW1 parameter 
R  shows a 9 in the last position i.e. 08509 = load control valve open). 
R  (1) If the ADW1 shows that the load control valve is not open (e.g. ADW1 
R  = 08108): 
R  - replace the LOAD CONTROL VALVE (8050KM) (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-51-
R  000-004) and (Ref. AMM TASK 49-51-51-400-004). 
R  (2) If the ADW1 shows that load control valve is fully open (e.g. ADW1 = 
R  08109): 
R  - in the APU compartment, do a check of the load control valve 
R  position.

R  (a) If the load control valve is fully open: 
R  - do a check of the APU bleed system for leaks. 
R  1 If the fault continues:_ 
R  - do the trouble shooting procedure of low air pressure in the 
R  right crossbleed duct (Ref. TASK 36-12-00-810-804).
