R  (2) Alpha-Lock/Speed Baulk

R  The Alpha-Lock/Speed Baulk function prevents the retraction of the
R  slats when the aircraft is operating outside specified flight
R  parameters (Ref. 27-81-00). If the flap and slat position lever is
R  moved to the 0 position and the function operates (for example if the
R  Corrected Angle of Attack (CAoA) is too large or the Computed Air
R  Speed (CAS) is too low):
R  - a green flashing A LOCK message comes on above the S indication
R  - the green slat symbol stays at position 1 and flashes
R  - the cyan position selected symbol stays on
R  - the position indication 0 of the flap and slat control lever stays
R  cyan.
R  (3) System Failure

R  If the SFCCs send a failure message to the EIS, or the System Data
R  Acquisition Concentrators (SDAC1 and SDAC2) (Ref. 31-54-00) send a
R  SFCC failure message:
R  - the white S indication changes to amber
R  - the slat symbol changes from green to amber.
R  B. No Data at the Data Management Computer (DMC) Input
R  (1) No Position Data

R  When no valid position data is available for the slats at the DMC
R  input:
R  - the slat position symbol goes out
R  - the white points showing the slat positions go out
R  - two amber crosses come on at the slat side of the display
R  - the position indication of the flap and slat control lever changes
R  from green to cyan.
