 Make sure that the flaps are in the fully retracted position (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).

 (2)
 Make sure that the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER (98D27803000000) is on the slat/flap control lever.

 Remove the access panels for the applicable wing:

for the left wing, remove 573CB, 575AB, 575BB

for the right wing, remove 673CB, 675AB, 675BB.
