G. End of Functional Testing
The "CHECK RESULTS" window as shown in Figure 131 shows after you click
on the "NEXT" button of the "USER CONFIGURATION" window.

Do as follows:
(1) If the GENERAL RESULT shown on the "CHECK RESULTS" window is "PASS",
go to step (2). If the GENERAL RESULT is "FAIL", go to step (3).
(2) The UUT is serviceable. Complete the functional testing as follows:
(a) Click on the "END" button. You will see the "POWER OFF" box
(Figure 116B).
(b) Set the tester's POWER switch to OFF, then click on the "OK"
button of the "POWER OFF" box. You will see the "CONTINUE-END
SELECTION" box (Figure 116C).
If the user configuration data is lost, go to step (d). If the
user configuration data is put back to the UUT correctly, go to
step (c).

(c) Click on the "END" button to stop the tester program, then
remove the test harness from the UUT. This is the end of the
functional testing.
(d) Click on the "CONTINUE" button of the "CONTINUE-END SELECTION"
box (Figure 19). You will see the "LOG-IN" dialog box (Figure
113) again with the "NEXT" button enabled.
(e) Use the adjustment mode to put back the user configuration data
to the UUT if possible. Refer to Fault Isolation (5.) for full
instructions on the adjustment mode.
If it is not possible to put back the user configuration data on
the UUT, do as follows:
(f) Use the adjustment mode to put back the user configuration data
to the UUT if possible.
If it is not possible to put back the user configuration data on
the UUT, do as follows:
· Put the factory setting on the UUT (adjustment mode).
· Attach a tag to the UUT to show that the user configuration
data is changed to the factory setting.
(g) This is the end of the functional testing.

(3) Fault isolation is necessary for the UUT. The "CHECK RESULTS"
window shows the results as follows:
(a) The GENERAL RESULT is "FAIL" if one or more of the check results
are "FAIL".
(b) The check result is "FAIL" if:
1 You clicked on the "FAIL" for one or more items in the check.
2 You did not give the result "PASS" or "FAIL" for one or more
items in the check.
3 For the RS485 communication check, the configuration data
received does not agree with the user configuration data or
there were one or more communication errors during the RS485
communication check.
(c) Click on the "LOG" button. You will see the "LOG" window as
shown in Figure 132.

The "LOG" window gives the full results. Use this window as
follows:
1 Use the scroll bar on the right to make a scan of all
results.
2 If you did not give the result for an item, the result is
shown "—".
3 Click on the "OK" button to close the "LOG" window.
(4) Make sure that the result is shown "FAIL" not because you did not
give the result. If the result is shown "FAIL" because you did not
give the result, do the functional testing again as follows:
(a) Click on the "END" button of the "CHECK RESULTS" window. You
will see the "POWER OFF" box (Figure 116B).
(b) Do not set the tester's POWER switch to OFF, but click on the
"OK" button. You will see the "CONTINUE-END SELECTION" box
(Figure 116C).
(c) Click on the "CONTINUE" button. You will see the "LOG-IN"
