- do a check of the aircraft identification-code programming-pins AA/1E, 1F, 1G, 1H, 1J, 1K, 2E, 4A, 4B on the rack connector
- compare the state of the aircraft identification-code pin-programming with the state given in the ASM (Ref. ASM 34-12/01).
(1) If the pin-programming is incorrect:
- repair the defective wiring of the rack connector
- install the ADIRU1 (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-34-400-001).
(2) If the pin-programming is correct:
- install a new ADIRU1.

A. If the test gives the maintenance message WRG: ACFT TYPE PIN PROG/ ADIRU1 (1FP1):
- remove the ADIRU-1 (1FP1) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-34-000-001)
- do a check of the aircraft identification-code programming-pins AA/1E, 1F, 1G, 1H, 1J, 1K, 2E, 4A, 4B on the rack connector
- compare the state of the aircraft identification-code pin-programming with the state given in the ASM (Ref. ASM 34-12/01).
