(m) Disconnect the relay coil from the PSU.
(n) With a multimeter measure the resistance of the relay coil, between pins X1 and X2.
(o) Make sure the resistance of the coil is between 288 and 352 ohms.
(p) Measure the contact resistance of the two sets of contacts with the relay:
- energized, between pins A2 to A1, and B2 to B3, using PSU connected as in Steps (5)(a) and (5)(b).
- not energized, between pins A2 to A3, and B2 to B3.
(q) Make sure the contact resistance is less than 0.1 ohms.
(6) Replace the relay if any measurements taken/made in Para. 4.A.(5) are outside the specification given.

(7) If a relay is replaced in Para. 4.A.(6), replace the related latch relay as shown in the table that follows:
---------------------------------------------| RELAY REPLACED | LATCH RELAY TO BE REPLACED | |----------------|----------------------------|
| 5QP | 13QP |
| 6QP | 13QP |
| 7QP | 14QP |
| 8QP | 14QP |
---------------------------------------------NOTE : The action called for in Para. 4.A.(7) is necessary to make
____ sure there is no residual contact damage.
(8) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(9) If no fault was found with relays 5QP, 6QP, 7QP, or 8QP, remove relays 13QP, and 14QP, one at a time and continue.
(10) Remove the relay from its location (socket).
(11) Carefully examine the relay for visible damage or blackened pins.
(12) If the relay is damaged or marked replace the relay.
(13) Measure the contact resistance of the two sets of contacts with the relay not energized.
NOTE : The energized contacts are not used.
____
(14) Make sure the contact resistance is less than 0.1 ohms.
(15) Replace the relay if any measurements taken/made are outside the specification given.
(16) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(17) Refit the relay in its location (socket) if it passes all sections of the specification given.
(18) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(19) If no specific relay failure can be found or the fault returns on subsequent flight(s), replace all these relays as follows:
- RELAY-L WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL A (5QP) - 103VU126
- RELAY-R WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL B (6QP) - 103VU126
- RELAY-L WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL B (7QP) - 103VU126
- RELAY-R WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL A (8QP) - 103VU126
- RELAY-L OR R REAR XFR VALVE OPEN LATCH (13QP) - 103VU126
- RELAY-R OR R FWD XFR VALVE OPEN LATCH (14QP) - 103VU126.
