R  15__  Remove the contactor 20QA.
R  16__  Use a multimeter and make sure that each of the 115VAC three
R  phases are available at the contactor base input sockets (8, 6 
R  and 2) (Ref. ASM 28-21/02). 
R  17__  If the 115VAC supply to the contactor 20QA is not available,
R  do a test of the aircraft wiring (three phase supply) between 
R  the C/B-FUEL/R WING TK/PUMP 2 SPLY (8QA) and the CNTOR-R WING 
R  TK PUMP 2 SPLY (20QA) (Ref. ASM 28-21/02). 
R  Do the test as follows: 
R  a_  Continuity test, with a multimeter, of each three phase
R  wire (from end to end) (Ref. ESPM 20-52-21). 
R  b_  Insulation test, with a 500VDC insulation tester, between
R  each phase wire (pole) and ground (Ref. ESPM 20-52-24). 
R  c_  Insulation test, with a 500VDC insulation tester, between
R  each phase wire and the other two wires (pole to pole) 
R  (Ref. ESPM 20-52-24). 
R  d_ Repair/replace the unserviceable wiring and connectors.

R e_ Install the contactor 20QA.

R  f_  Install the the front cover of the contactor box 107VU.
R  18__  If the 115VAC supply is available, replace the CNTOR-R WING TK
R  PUMP 2 SPLY (20QA) with a serviceable item. 
R  19__  Set the R TK PUMPS 2 P/BSW (16QA) to ON (push in). This will
R  energize the contactor 20QA and the 115VAC three phases will 
R  be supplied to the fuel pump connector 26QA-A. 
R  20__  Use a multimeter to do a test, to make sure that each of the
R  115VAC three phases are available at the connector 26QA-A 
R  (Ref. ASM 28-21/02). 
R  21__  Set the R TK PUMPS 2 P/BSW (16QA) to OFF (release out). This
R  will de-energize the contactor 20QA. 
R  22__  If the 115VAC is available at the end connector 26QA-A:
R  a_  Install the front cover of the contactor box 107VU.
R  b_  Connect the end connector 26QA-A to the fuel pump
R  receptacle. 
R  c_  Do the test given in Para. 3.B.(2)(b).
R  23__  If the 115VAC is not available at the end connector 26QA-A, do
R  a test of the aircraft wiring (three phase supply) between the 
R  CNTOR-R WING TK PUMP 2 SPLY (20QA) and the PUMP-FUEL No. 2, R 
R  WING TK (26QA) free connector (26QA-A) (Ref. ASM 28-21/02). 
R  NOTE : If necessary, you can divide the supply cable between____ 
R  the contactor 20QA and the connector 26QA-A into two 
R  sections at the connector 4010VC (Ref. AWM 28-21-04). 
R  Do the test as follows: 
R  a_  Continuity test, with a multimeter, of each three phase
R  wire (from end to end) (Ref. ESPM 20-52-21). 
R  b_  Insulation test, with a 500VDC insulation tester, between
R  each phase wire (pole) and ground (Ref. ESPM 20-52-24). 
R  c_  Insulation test, with a 500VDC insulation tester, between
R  each phase wire and the other two wires (pole to pole) 
R  (Ref. ESPM 20-52-24). 
R  d_  If during the wiring test in step 23_ the wiring is
R  unserviceable, repair/replace the unserviceable wiring and 
R  connectors.

R  e_  If the fuel pump supply cable is found to be unserviceable
R  (where it is routed across the lower surface of the wing) 
R  repair as follows: 
R  CAUTION : DO NOT USE IN-LINE SPLICES TO REPAIR SECTIONS OF_______ 
R  ELECTRICAL CABLE THAT ARE BEHIND A FAIRING OR IN 
R  A CONDUIT. 
R  THIS WILL MAKE SURE THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO SEE 
R  THE REPAIR FOR AN INSPECTION (REF. ESPM 
R  20-53-29). 
R  f_  If necessary, replace the unserviceable:
R  - protective sleeve 
R  - wire(s) 
R  - connector 26QA-A. 
R  g_  Connect the new wire(s) of the fuel pump supply cable where
