A. Test
(1) If necessary, do the job set-up of the Operational Test of the Wing-Tanks Fuel Control (Ref. AMM TASK 28-21-00-710-001).
(2) Push (in) the L TK PUMPS 1 P/BSW (13QA).

(3) Examine the left wing-tank fuel-pump 1 symbol, on the FUEL system page, at the ECAM lower display unit.
(4) If the symbol shows:
- green in-line, no more maintenance steps are necessary (normal operation)
- amber cross-line, do Para. 4.A.
- amber LO, do the TSM procedure Left Wing Tank Pump No. 1 (Outer) 21QA System Malfunction (Ref. TASK 28-21-00-810-801)
NOTE : The amber LO is only shown when the signals that follow occur
____
at the same time:
- the contactor closed (on) and
- the left tank pump 1 low fuel pressure.
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. Procedure
(1) Do the initial checks as given in:
- step (a), with a multimeter
and/or
- step (b), by substitution and replacement.
(a) Do a check of the electrical circuits (Ref. ASM 28-21/01) as follows:
1 At the panel (contactor box) 107VU, remove the contactor-17QA.
_
2 At the contactor (relay) base 17QA-A, make sure that:
_
- a ground is available at terminal Z (through the closed, de-energized, contacts of contactor-53QA, terminals 4 to 3)
- 28VDC is available at terminal X, when the P/BSW-13QA is set to on (through the closed contacts B3 to B1).
3 Replace all the unserviceable items.
_ 4 Make sure that the contactor-17QA removed in step 1_ is
_
installed.
5 Do the test given in Para. 3.A.

(b) Swap (interchange) the items listed that follow, one at a time, with those from the right wing-tank fuel-pump 1 system where applicable:
- the CNTOR-L WING TK PUMP 1 SPLY (17QA)
- the CNTOR-L WING TK STBY SPLY, PUMP 1 (53QA)
- the P/BSW-FUEL/L TK PUMPS/1 (13QA)
- the RELAY-BUS 1/ESS. L TK PUMP 1 (63QA)
- the P/BSW-EMER ELEC PWR/SMOKE DRILL (13XU).
NOTE : The P/BSW-EMER ELEC PWR/SMOKE DRILL (13XU) is only
____ included to complete the list of possible causes. It can only be swapped with a serviceable spare.
1 Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
_
2 If the fault is removed/cleared:
_ a Replace all the unserviceable items.
_
b Do the test given in Para. 3.A. for the left and right
_
wing-tank fuel-pumps 1.
(2) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check (Ref. ASM 28-21/01) of the aircraft wiring between:
- the C/B-FUEL/PUMPS/1/L CTL AND R IND (3QA), terminal 2 and the RELAY-BUS 1/ESS. L TK PUMP 1 (63QA), terminal A2
- the C/B-FUEL/PUMPS/1/L CTL AND R IND (3QA), terminal 2 and the RELAY-BUS 1/ESS. L TK PUMP 1 (63QA), terminal C1
- the RELAY-BUS 1/ESS. L TK PUMP 1 (63QA), terminal A1 and the P/BSW-FUEL/L TK PUMPS/1 (13QA), terminal B3
- the RELAY-BUS 1/ESS. L TK PUMP 1 (63QA), terminal X2 and the P/BSW-EMER ELEC PWR/SMOKE DRILL (13XU), terminal C1
- the P/BSW-EMER ELEC PWR/SMOKE DRILL (13XU), terminal C3 and the aircraft ground at 2403VG
- the C/B-FUEL/SMOKE/CONFIG/PUMP CTL (55QA), terminal 2 and the RELAY-BUS 1/ESS. L TK PUMP 1 (63QA), terminal X1 中国航空网 www.aero.cn 航空翻译 www.aviation.cn 本文链接地址:A320 Trouble Shooting Manual 排故手册 FUEL 燃油1(116)
