(a) Examine the FLSS STATUS page. Look for one (or more) of the messages that follow:
- L LO LEVEL SENSOR 15QJ1
- R LO LEVEL SENSOR 16QJ2
- FLSCU1 7QJ
- FLSCU2 9QJ.
(b) If a message(s) listed (in the step before):
- is not shown, do step (2)
- is shown, trouble shoot the LRU(s) before you do step (2). Refer to the Fault Symptoms List/28-CFDS for the related Task number.
(2) Do the Functional BITE Test of the Intercell Transfer Valves (Ref. AMM TASK 28-15-00-740-002).
NOTE : The COMMAND FLSS BITE option does not test the Intercell
____
Transfer Valves (ICTVs).
NOTE : The ICTVs are motor driven and the electrical power for these
____ circuits is supplied from 206PP, 28VDC, BUS 2 (Ref. ASM 28-15/02) . The ICTVs will not operate on battery power.
(a) Examine the FLSS STATUS page. Look for the (right wing forward ICTV) message XFR VALVE 29QM/72QM/10QP.
(b) If the message:
- is shown, do Para. 4.A.
- is not shown, no work steps are necessary.

_______________
A. Procedure
(1) Make sure that the C/B 4QP is closed.
(2) Open the C/B 3QP.
(3) Get access to the ACTUATOR-TRANSFER VALVE, R FWD SPAR (10QP) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-15-51-000-001).
(4) Disconnect the electrical connector 10QP-A from the ACTUATOR-TRANSFER VALVE, R FWD SPAR (10QP).
(5) Do a test, with a multimeter, to see if 28VDC is available at pin A of the connector 10QP-A (Ref. ASM 28-15/02).
(a) If the 28VDC:
- is available, do step (6)
- is not available, continue at step (7).
(6) Do a check of and replace, if necessary, the ACTUATOR-TRANSFER VALVE, R FWD SPAR (10QP) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-15-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-15-51-400-001).
(a) When the actuator is removed from the aircraft make sure that the transfer valve drive shaft and valve are free to rotate.
(b) Repair/replace all the unserviceable items found in (a).
(c) Do the test given in Para. 3.B.(2).
(7) Close the C/B 3QP.
(8) Do a test, with a multimeter, to make sure that 28VDC is available at the RELAY-L WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL B (7QP) terminals A2 and X1 (Ref. ASM 28-15/02).
(a) If the 28VDC:
- is not available, do step (9)
- is available, continue at step (10).
(9) Do a wiring check of the aircraft wiring (Ref. ASM 28-15/02) between the RELAY-L WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL B (7QP) and the C/B-FUEL/XFR VALVE 2/WING/L (3QP).
(a) Repair all the unserviceable wiring and connectors (Ref. ESPM 20-00-00).

(10) Do a test, with a multimeter, to make sure that 28VDC is available at the RELAY-R WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL A (8QP) terminals A2 and X1 (Ref. ASM 28-15/02).
(a) If the 28VDC:
- is not available, do step (11)
- is available, continue at step (12).
(11) Do a wiring check of the aircraft wiring (Ref. ASM 28-15/02) between the RELAY-R WING TK LOW LEVEL CHANNEL A (8QP) and the C/B-FUEL/XFR VALVE 2/WING/R (4QP).
(a) Repair all the unserviceable wiring and connectors (Ref. ESPM 20-00-00).
(b) Do the test given in Para. 3.B.(2).
(12) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check of and replace, if necessary, the relays that follow:
